The markets have behaved in exactly the same pattern and manner as we have narrated in our last analysis , we have urged all not to panic and buy dips as India vix reached 39 , the result is in front of you all , the move was perfectly caught by us in our advance nifty where we have created longs at 4760 last Friday.
Technically the parameters and indicators now move into a bit over bought zone and near to stiff resistance zones of 5150 from where some reaction on back of profit booking is expected , but any reaction will see quick and fast buying action which will keep the markets pity volatile and swinging on both sides , so one needs to be cautious on both long and short trades with their stoplosses or they might get triggered very quickly in the volatility.
The strategy still remains to build up a portfolio , buy dips and wait for strong resistance zones at higher levels to create shorts ---if it goes up it doesn’t means one has to create shorts , wait for pcr to decline.
The supports for the nifty is at 5025 levels and resistance at 5150 levels.
The supports for the sensex is at 16650 levels and resistance at 17050 levels.
