The week is an important one and loads of important data and numbers will take centre stage which will keep the markets uncertain , volatile and highly deceptive.
Technically the markets have not shown any strength in past few session and have seen a negative session on Friday irrespective of the global markets trading in positive which clearly exhibits the weakness for our markets which is mainly due to domestic factors and lack of confidence from fii’s and fdi’s.
However from trading prespective the volatility will provide good opportunity for both long and short trades , we have been continuously saying that 5025 is an important levels to watch , below which the selling intensity will magnify and the markets have seen a quick fall below that levels.
Now the intermediate supports are seen near 4750 levels where some buying supports will be seen and the markets can witness a bounceback.
From a trading point of view , a higher or gap up opening will provide an opportunity to create some shorts , keeping in mind the support levels at 4750 levels where all short must be covered , on the upside 4925 must be used as a stoploss for all shorts.
The supports for the nifty is at 4780 levels and resistance at 4925 levels.
The supports for the sensex is at 15850 levels and resistance at 16250 levels.
