Well the markets opened with a bull gap and gave a breakout and continued to rally to trap all shorts on the way.
Technically the markets still looks up with intermediate gains on the way.
However it was disheartening to see that midcaps didn’t rally and fired as compared to the indices.
Now for a broadbased rally to sustain we need midcaps to outperform the markets , only a balloon rise in index will not help.
We still believe it’s a stock pickers market and much – much wealth is to be created in the markets for a long term prospective .
There exists a major opportunity in the markets for traders and investors and many stocks will prove to be multibaggers and tenbaggers in no time.
So one must concentrate on individual stocks and building a portfolio rather than looking at the indices.
The indices will continue its way and an individual can never find a bottom or lowest price they want to enter , they wait for a particular price but that day never comes and the price inches up every day, it’s a view from an investors point of view , whereas a trader needs to see day to day prices.
From a trading point of view , one should look to buy dips and out of money call options in stocks and indices .
