morning thoughts..
We have been continuously saying that the undertone of the markets are quite bullish and should refrain from shorts at higher levels and the strategy remains to buy on dips.
However the markets continues to be in an overbought zones and will feel selling pressure on higher levels of 6050 – 6125 which remains as a stiff resistance zones for the markets.
On the downside there exists major supports at 5900 levels and the markets may be assumed to be up as long as 5900 holds , any fall closer to these levels will see fresh buying and opportunities for the left outs.
As we step into an f/o expiry week , the markets are likely to be volatile with the indices likely to remain in a range and stock specific activities to continue.
In the current bull run which is almost near to all time highs – we have witnessed change of leadership and financials , fmcgs , omc’s taking the leadership which is likely to continue.
