morning thoughts..
The indices managed to stay above the crucial supports of 4900 on nifty and 16800 on sensex and saw a bounce to retest the highs made on higher levels near 17200 levels.
Technically the trend is still intact up and some more upsides can be witnessed in coming sessions with some volatility.
However the indices are in a resistance zone and technically the parameters can incur a sell and pressure at this point , though any such activity will be a buying opportunity.
Amidst the index movement , many sectoral and stocks has given a fresh breakout and upmove and would again lead in the rally, so one must keep watch on strong sectors like realestate , metals , sugars on dips.
In a bull and rising market , the sectoral change is a regular phenomenon and one sector rises for a couple of days , consolidates and again rises, so one needs to enter only at dips.
The supports for the nifty is at 5050 levels and resistance at 5200.
The supports for the sensex is at 17100 levels and resistance at 17700 levels.
