We have continously been telling and advising to adopt buy on dips strategy and refrain from shorting at lower levels.
The markets have taken supports at lower levels and have rallied with a vengeance to trap shorts on its way.
Technically the trend and the undertone of the markets are still up and more upsides are likely in the coming sessions.
Apart from indices huge stock specific activities has been witnessed in last couple of days , which is likely to continue and many stock can see am appreciation of 35-50% from here within no time.
So one needs to accumulate good stocks at every dip and wait patiently for the rewards.
The supports for the nifty is at 4850 levels and resistance at 5050 levels.
The supports for the sensex is at 16650 levels and resistance at 17100 levels.
