morning thoughts..
The indices yet again managed to inch higher in the f/o expiry and closed at the higher end.
Technically the picture remains the same with the trend still intact up.
However we many see some more upsides but with volatility and a probable two side movement with profit booking coming at higher levels.
We have been continuously advising to adopt a buy on dips strategy and refrain from huge shorting at lower levels , well the shorts have been badly trapped and butchered.
From a trading point of view , I would be a bit cautious at higher levels and keep booking profits and concentrate maxim on stock specific activities.
The supports for the nifty is at 5025 levels and resistance at 5150 levels.
The supports for the sensex is at 16900 levels and resistance at 5150 levels.
