We said of a probable bounce back with volatilty and the markets gave a perfect obligation to close positive for the day.
Technically the markets are in an undecisive mood and will see volatility at its best.
January series has given a negative return on closing basis as intimated before , now we head into an event based series , with budget due in the last week of the month.
The nifty has managed to stay above the crucial levels of 4805 which is of significant importance and as long its held , the markets have the potential for a bounce back.
So from a trading point of view , one can create longs with a strict stoploss below 4805 for targets of 5000-5100 in feb series.
The supports for the nifty is at 4805 levels and resistance at 4950 levels.
The supports for the sensex is at 15900 levels and resistance at 16500 levels.
