Well the markets yet opened with a bull gap and continued its journey upwards after an intraday volatility.
Technically the undertone of the markets are still strong but a feeling gives the vibes that the markets are in an overstretched zone and as it inches up it set itselfs for a reaction.
So one needs to be cautious at higher levels , however there exists strong supports at 5350 levels , but it’s a suspicion if it sustains.
Any move above 5450 can take the nifty to 5525 levels , but it can be a false breakout and can lead to trap of optimistic bulls.
However its doesn’t means that one should short blindly , only professional traders who can adapt to trading nature must touch indices at this levels.
We know whats going to happen , we feel august to November is a very crucial period for market and the cardinal climax can take over.

The movement of Sun will be in Watery and movable sign Cancer till 16th August 2010 and after that it will transit through the Fiery and fixed sign Leo for the rest of the month August, 2010.
