morning thoughts..

The markets behaved in exactly the same pattern and manner as intimated and almost reached our targets.
Technically the markets continue to remain suppressed and will slowly drift downwards with intermittent bounce in between , however that bounce would some times trap bears and sometimes the bulls –the astrological configuration is such that some stocks will bounce and rise all of a sudden and some will crash along with the nifty.
Hence a very confusing and deceptive markets is in lay in the coming sessions.
However such volatility will give major opportunities for trades and investments , the point lies in catching the correct trend which we have been predicting like a dot from many days.
Coming to the commodities markets bullions – gold and silver can extend some gains as they have continuously stayed into oversold zones and could attract some buying in the coming sessions.
Base metals continue to stay weak and may witness a dead cat bounce but would meet with selling pressure at every higher levels.
Energy – crude and natural gas have been strong in past few sessions and the strategy remains to buy on dips.
The supports for the nifty is at 5600 levels and resistance at 5750 levels.
The supports for the sensex is at 18500 levels and resistance at 19350 levels.
